Use pantry staples to create this bold, herby flank steak marinade. This marinade, which also works well on chicken and seafood, imparts flavors in as little as 15 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl or freezer bag. I usually marinate anywhere between 15 minutes and an hour, but this marinade will hold up to 24 hours.
Heat grill to high. Cook approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Cook times will vary depending on preferred degree of doneness and thickness of meat.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
